Since my commisioning I have learned that the PHS really has no real idea on how to "use" me effectively..So if you are part of the USPHS IR I would love to hear from you. blackjackk Posted September 23, 2010 Share Posted September 23, 2010 Well, the PHS Commissioned Corps is now almost five months overdue, COA has provided OMB with an independent assessment of Corps management and future direction with nine specific recommendations. COA's concerns with the long overdue management review are compounded by the lack of progress by DHHS in implementing provisions of the Patient Protection.
