annie219
Hello, I am posting for anyone who is interested in working in Scotland as a Physician Assistant in Orthopaedics. The job has been posted on the NHS website, briefly, but will be reposted on the AAPA website and UKAPA website in the hopes of finding the right candidates. The position is willing to train new graduates as well, though I think an experienced PA from the US would be ideal for training future UK graduates and acting as a lead PA in this position. The hope is to fill 3 positions at present. More details to follow for anyone interested in the post.
gleannfia
Hi Annie, I am very interested in working in the UK, but ortho is not my thing. I am trained in primary care and oncology. If you ever hear of any openings in those specialties, please let me know. Right now, I am trying to get a position through the US Air Force in Lakenheath AFB, England. I looked for the job posting on the AAPA website; however, I did not see any postings for positions in Scotland. Can you please post some additional information?
