CSUCAM04 Posted February 14, 2013 Just a quick question about letters of recommendation. I have a PA and a MD willing to write one for me but I was just wondering who I should get a third one from? I was thinking about the DON at the nursing home I work at. Or maybe a professor? Thoughts?
muchi Posted February 15, 2013 I would say professor because that way, you'll be covering academics as well as your employement. You want to show how well-rounded you are. Hope this helped!
sartort Posted February 15, 2013 I think you should choose the person you think knows you the best and can write the best letter for you. That being said, some programs require specific types of people to write the letters, so check with their websites to see if they need an academic letter or a letter from a supervisor.
