The online platform is EXTREMELY glitchy and it would rarely let me log in. I tried to contact them multiple times and their online help barely works either. They finally got back to me - over a month after I was finally able to submit my help request and several weeks after I took the PANCE - and said they couldn't give me a refund because I didn't contact them within 8 days (I tried). I just want to warn others so you don't waste money like I did! For reference, I used to work in digital media and website development so I should have been able to get a simple question bank to work! I tried multiple computers and browsers as well.
