I emailed and they said only those who are invited to interview have to fill it out and interview invites should be going out later this month/early next month. I had this happen to me from another school and some of my friends have experienced this too - It's def not a first time occurrence for programs i guess lol I’m just tryna think of it as a technical issue that happens, I’m sure they didn’t mean to do this!
