Looking for any officers who were able to get conditional releases to apply for IPAP and attended for the Army. Currently in aviation and trying to see how difficult it would be to get a conditional release and if it would be more beneficial to wait until the end of my ADSO. Also wouldn't mind any tips or info you wish you had knew for prior officers.

The PA I served with when I was in was an infantry officer prior to going to IPAP. He was a CPT when he got accepted. He told me that he had to drop rank down to 1LT in order to attend. After graduation he was promoted again to CPT not too long after.
