A lot of programs offer additional consideration to reapplicants especially if you show an improvement in HCE, PCE, Volunteering, shadowing, or GPA from the year prior. Many schools have allowed this for me but I haven't heard back from CDU. I had contacted them last cycle as well, I never got a response but applied anyway. I was rejected and when I attended an "advising appointment" (group session and the rep mainly only knew about the NP program), all she could tell me was that is said I did not meet initial requirements.
