is there a question on caspa that were are supposed to answer? mine says to answer a question but it's blank underneath with no question or even an answer box

No, there was not a question. Just the Documents section and the pre-reqs. I see what you mean though on the submitted application where it shows the "please answer the following question...". Several schools oddly did not have anything to fill out in the CASPA, but did have more in their supplemental apps.

When finishing the supplemental application it only said “we thank you for your time spent taking this survey. Your response has been recorded” and I did not a receive a confirmation email afterwards either. Has this happened to anyone else?

You should get a payment confirmation email after... It took about a week after my supplemental was submitted to get an official email from the program stating that my application was now under review.

My science GPA is 4.0 cGPA is 3.97; I've been a pharm tech for about 4 years, shadowed 4 PAs, and graduating this December from undergrad. I have volunteered and still volunteering at 2 places, but my GRE is 293. Do you guys think I have a chance?

Absolutely! Your academics are wonderful. I know someone who got accepted with a 4.0 science gpa and 29 patient care hours. I wouldn't stress about the GRE.
