Does anyone know if you should send an email to Northwestern letting them know you've updated your experiences since submitting?

According to the Q&A in an email I received from them in August, you can send an email update (see below). I think you can also add it as a new experience in CASPA.

"I have started a new patient care experience or my current patient care role has changed significantly in scope/weekly hours since I applied. How should I provide an update to the Northwestern PA Program?"

Applicants who start new positions or experiences or who wish to report significant updates to their weekly hours and/or professional responsibilities may do so via a new experience entry in CASPA. Alternatively, or in addition, updates and modifications to patient care positions and other experiences may be sent to paprogram@northwestern.edu and will be added to the applicant's admissions file.

Thank you so much! I appreciate it.
