TripleUpbeat
Rather than ordering my official transcript to be sent in the mail to me. I can't think of anything that would be different on the official transcript.
tompkbr
If you are referring to using unofficial transcripts to fill in the coursework section of CASPA, then you should be fine. That is what I did, and didn't have any problems.
dancinpa
I always heard of others using their unofficial transcripts so I did the same. After my CASPA was verified, I noticed a couple small changes to the coursework section. For example, my unofficial transcript never showed a no-credit PE lecture I took my freshman year, but apparently it was on my official transcript because it had been added to my application. Thank goodness there were not enough differences to get my application undelivered back to me, but based on my experience I would recommend you just get the official transcript to make sure. If you're pressed for time, some schools offer to send official transcripts by e-mail so that's something you could look into. Hope this helps!
