I have a question to anyone who has ever participated in an MMI Interview style. What should we expect from this type of interview? Any useful tips??? Most of the questions (at least during my session) was case/scenario based so thinking about what you would do if A,B,C happened..however it was a good experience because it also allows you to show several people who you are instead of the traditional style.. they really want to know the kind of person you are and how your personal experiences shaped you.
