Asmita1 Posted August 25, 2022 Share Posted August 25, 2022 I submitted my capsa application but just realized that I put my experiences that qualify for direct patient care as healthcare experience. I have worked as medical assistant and medical scribe and have 5000 hours. I cannot edit the submitted application. What can I do now? Appreciate any ideas. The applicant ended up emailing their programs to point out their mistake and so far has received 3 interviews so I think emailing is a good idea! But do not stress this mistake is very common! I did add new sections with same description and hours but under PCE category. Should have just left it like that. I did email all schools so hopefully it's not a big deal. One of the programs (Top 10) told me to add those same hours into PCE, just like you did, so that they are there in CASPA.
