annieng05 Posted September 6, 2012 Share Posted September 6, 2012 Hello Everyone, Just wanted some input on a job offer and what to negotiate in my contract. Here is the breakdown. PA Hospitalist/ Internal Medicine/Hem/Onc Hours: approx 160 hours/month (they say approx 15-16 shifts per month which is about 3-4 days per week) Pay: Near $80K Vacation: 28 days (PTO, Sick, not sure if that includes CME) CME: Not clear on that Medical/Dental/Vision: they say "kicks in" right away Shifts: Admissions 8a-8p; Triage (deciding where ED patients will go; either to teaching or non-teaching floor) 10a-10p; and Hem/Onc 6:30a-4:30p NO HOLIDAYS to work PAs in the group make our own schedules together as a group I would like to negotiate for professional membership fees to be paid, DEA, CME allowance, meal plan Is there anything else I should ask for?
