Monthly rent $200, plus utilities (electric, gas, water, garbage, wifi) Rent + split utilities average: $340 Shared full bathroom with one female. Private closet adjacent to bedroom in the hallway. Optional room furnishings: bed frame, dresser, lamp, and fan. In-unit washer and dryer. Furnished living room, dining room, kitchen. ***Rent is subject to change starting in August when current lease ends.
