Help with using fee waiver and submission on CASPA

I was granted a fee waiver and know that I have to submit my application to two programs at the same time by clicking submit all, or else I'll forfeit the remaining balance.

My question is, I have two applications which are ready to be submitted, and I want to submit them today. However, I have a bunch of other applications on my dashboard as well which are not marked as complete and are not ready for submission.

I'm worried that if I click submit all, it will submit all 15 applications on my dashboard, and not just the two that I'm trying to submit.

Does anyone know, if I click "submit all", will it only submit the two that are complete and have the entire green area filled? Or will it submit all of them?

In the top left of the submit applications page it will say "applications ready for submission." If that number is 2, and the two you want to submit are highlighted in green, those will be the applications that you submit.
