I don't think there's anything besides CASPA. I got a link to a questionnaire but it was super quick and took me like 3 minutes (i.e. no essays). For anyone interested please DM me I usually rent to UCR or LLU med/dental students, but I'd rather support my own kind! (I'm an 14-yr PA oldie) ...This is also open to Cal Baptist PA students. I just checked my spam and i saw that they have sent me over 6 emails about completing the supplemental questionnaire. The first email was sent right after i turned in my app on June 14. Yet, i still haven't received the questionnaire link. My spam has been empty since i created the account, so I just emailed them to make sure. I know this is a stressful time. The application isnt considered complete until they receive it. vivmag Posted August 12, 2022 Share Posted August 12, 2022 I called and they said they sent it to my college email which I was confused about, BUT I finally got it situated and received the email to the email I put in CASPA.
