Jake1993
Entering year two of PA school, I'm really excited to start clinicals and hopefully learn what speciality I enjoy. However as I look for job openings around the country, it seems like the VAST majority of openings are requiring 1-2 years of prior experience as a PA. I understand the reason why, but am just wondering where are odds best for getting hired as a new grad? Are there specific specialties, provider types, big vs small operations, private practices vs big hospitals that are going to be more likely to want to hire and train a new grad? I'm trying to limit my search to 3-5 cities so I know iv'e gotta be flexible on specialty, was just hoping to find out what time of places are more motivated to take new graduates. Thanks!
