Waitlisted! Yay! Anyone have any insight on waitlist with RFU? Is it inappropriate to inquire rank on the list?

I’m also waitlisted! I’m thinking of following up next month and potentially asking about rank or about any general updates! Fingers crossed for us 🙂

My application file was completed on 9/1/22 but I haven’t heard any updates since then. Does it normally take 4+ months for them to review an application? I emailed them and they said they don’t have any updates for me

Same with me! I applied on August 3rd and have not heard back with an update.

I guess i’m ghosted then..

I don't think so. They're still reviewing applications.

Their last ~official~ interview date was in January; that doesn't mean they won't hold any smaller sessions (if they have any applicants that they're interested in). No news is news -- you still haven't been rejected!

I haven't heard anything since August (held for further review) and I'm crushed. Thank you for being so positive.

I too have not heard anything except since December minus the email which they stated applications can take an extra 6-8 weeks for review but I believe this was just the generic reply. Feeling super down as this school is one out of 2 of my top picks

also this is my first time applying so I’m not familiar with how common it is for schools to hold additional interview dates after conducting majority of the interviews so I’m trying to stay positive

I haven't heard of that either. I'm thinking this is a soft rejection at this point 🥲
