It is a clinical / academic question about the physical exam of someone with rheumatic heart disease. I have a new book I'm working (novel) on and in it a PA examines such a patient. I think I have the exam right, but would love to have someone with more expertise in cardiology to look the two paragraphs over. I would do the same for someone with a neurological question.
