Is this for your CASPA application or a traditional resume for a job? What you list will vary based on the use case. CASPA will ask for a lot more information than you need to include on a resume. How you list the roles on a resume will also depend on how long you've been there. You will likely want to list a weekly volunteer gig that you've been at for a year differently than a one-time volunteer stint at say, a local charity race.
