rtPA20 Posted January 12, 2022 Share Posted January 12, 2022 Hello, I have reviewed the salary report, and as a new grad I am curious as to what an appropriate ask would be. Per the report, $105,000 would be an appropriate start, however, I know that psychiatry tends to pay more compared to other specialties. Can someone provide more input into what short-term and long-term pay would be? I'm fielding multiple interviews for various psych positions and want to not do myself a disservice.
