BrittGrebinger Posted August 16, 2021 Share Posted August 16, 2021 If anyone has had to use CastleBranch to submit a background check in order to be considered for a program, did anyone have issues with the company stating they were unable to verify employment because they are "unable to process verifications which require additional fees"? I just received a copy of my background check and that was documented on there, and I don't know if this is going to cause any issues or I'll need to contact someone else to see if there's something I need to do from my end. BrittGrebinger Posted August 17, 2021 Author Share Posted August 17, 2021 So just to follow up with this in case someone else runs across this situation, I called the school I'm interviewing with and they said it's not a huge deal if they can't get employment verification because a lot of jobs now are using these companies that cost extra money to access employee verification records.
