Deireh
I'm in the Lansing area, but I am willing to drive. I'm looking for opportunities adding up to 50 hours--which means I don't have to follow one person for all 50 hours. I have a CNA, and I shadow volunteered in physical med and rehab for 800 hours at a local hospital. Will fetch linens and coffee for opportunity to observe. Negative TB test. Health care provider BLS cert from the Red Cross.
BryanJ
have you tried www.pahshadowonline.com it's a free website and there are three PA's in Michigan and they are accepting students for shadowing. Just sign up and click on the PA's calendar. If they don't have any shadow dates posted, just click on their name in gold letters and you can email them directly to setup a shadow date. And you can check out FB page for updates for new PA's. It's a completely free site.
