I am interested in gaining patient care hours and hospital experience abroad after I graduate; preferably in Spain because I am trying to obtain a minor in Spanish. I'm also interested in learning about the healthcare in other countries. Therefore, I was wondering if anyone has experience doing this and if there are any hospital programs that can help me? Would American PA schools accept hospital hours that were not obtained in the US? Also would having hospital experience in another country make me more competitive as a PA school candidate?
