MikePA86
Was contact by a recruiter regarding a spine job, base salary 130k (which in my are is very good), and incentive productivity bonus of 40% over 290,000: i have to look further if this is billed or collected, but is this even realistic? It seems like a lot. My current position is salary so never really looked at P&L sheets etc. I’ve recently accepted a different position with a similar base as the position above but with set raises for the first 5 years. mgriffiths
Totally depends on what you are doing. I know someone who worked in spine making well north of $200k as he did a wide variety of procedures and had negotiated a nice productivity pay system.
