I'm in a low cost of living area and started at 106k. After 1 year I got a 3% cost of living increase to roughly 109K. I don't get bonuses and this is a m-f 40 hour a week job. I suspect if I say nothing I will be offered another 3% raise in the upcoming months. Does my pay sound fair or should I ask for a raise and how much? Thanks!
