I was quite surprised by the number of neurologists I went through that did not even have a guess as to what was wrong with me. SocialMedicine Posted April 21, 2012 Share Posted April 21, 2012 I am sure some PAs have a practice which focuses on neuromuscular disorder. I would be suprised if that is ALL the PA did though. Those health issues tend to be rare as you are unfortunately aware. Maybe a few specific neuromuscular centers exist in major academic centers where that is all the neurology team addresses, but most neurologists probably treat a small number of persons in this group.
