navyflyPAC
Can anyone help me with professional opinions of this short news snippet? I have to take samples for a short paper I have to write and I was curious what you guys might think. To be honest, I thought I understood where it was going, but then it became confusing. http://www.louisianamedicalnews.com/-standard-of-care-use-could-cost-providers-cms-2040
