Anyone with primary care experience who switched to ortho can tell me what do you like about ortho practice compared to good ole primary care? thanks. PAtoB Posted December 9, 2019 Share Posted December 9, 2019 Work-life balance and good overall workload balance compared to many other specialties such that it can be busy but I always feel like I still have enough time to spend extra time to ensure quality work and still get out at a reasonable hour vs spending the extra time and still being behind when I leave.
