JRAH Posted May 23, 2018 Share Posted May 23, 2018 In my current contract I am not allowed to see other employment without an ok from the medical director. Problem is in my current job I am paid on collections and the volume is too slow so I need to find something really soon. I work for an outpatient clinic and was given the ok to work for another doc that does inpatient work because my current job does not have any inpatient responsibilities. So the there was not a noncompete problem. Only issue is that the doc now wants one day of clinic every once and a while. My current employer will definitely not go for it. If they have my CAQH and PECOS is there anyway for my current practice to see what I am billing at the other practice. Or is there any other mechanism for that matter?
