nbourkas
Hi all! I just received a letter in the mail from Sigma Alpha Lambda (SAL), a national leadership and honors organization. I was wondering what other's experience was with this organization, if any. I am an undergrad at University of Colorado in Denver and have received a few of these letters. However, the lifetime membership fee is $59, which I swore I would never pay to be a part of one of these honors societies. However, with applications to PA schools about a year and a half away, I am trying to get as much onto my "resume" as possible. Any experience with this organization or know of any "better" ones to join? Thank you in advance! Natassa
moorecarson121
For 59 bucks I would just join. It can't hurt. But definitely invest in joining the AAPA and your states PA organization. You can join both as Pre-PaSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
