Letter of Recommendation question

I'm applying to PA school for this upcoming cycle and I was wondering if PA schools would disregard my application if I only have PA's writing my letter of recommendations?

Many schools have specific requirements for letters.  The ones I applied to specifically asked for an academic letter of reference.  If you only have letters from PAs, you will be limited in terms of which schools you can apply to.  I started by making a list of schools I wanted to apply to, then checked each for specific application requirements (prereqs, letters of reference, etc.)  Then made sure I had what I needed for all before submitted my application.  I don't ever remember seeing a school that requested more than one PA reference letter.
