ort890
Looking to leave my current position and move back home. I've had two interviews, one with the practice manager and just had the second with doctor and other practice manager via FaceTime as I'm out of state. Went well, they asked for three references. I have expressed some interest in leaving to my current SP and is thinking about leaving the practice as well, not 100% sure though. I would love to use my SP as a reference. Any thoughts on this? My worry is that if I don't get this new position it would create an awkward setting between my SP and I now. I trust him but still I'm hesitating to use him. AbeTheBabe
Just let him know that you have decided to move back home and it should be fine. Unless you've been there only a few months and he/she has spend a lot of time training you, shouldn't be weird.
