Marinejiujitsu
I just thought about this when I read about someone getting hired in Kentucky but can't prescribe. What states do not allow PAs to prescribe? Should the AAPA, recommend providers go outside states that do not allow this in order to strong arm legislation? Would this push a lot of providers away from that state? Ethical? Is this needed? We are trying to get independence but if we can't get all states to catch up to the current, what make us think being independent is anything but a twinkle in our eye? WINO
Here's a website I found that's been helpful in listing brief differences in legislation between states :) http://www.bartonassociates.com/physician-assistants/physician-assistant-scope-of-practice-laws/?utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=PA%20Wheel&utm_source=Facebook
