So far I'm finishing up my pre-reqs at Essex county college (I hope to finish by summer 17') eventually I was planning to transfer to kean to finish my bachelors. I want to apply for Rutgers 3+3 program and was hoping to get some insight on how the 3+3 works. Am I able to apply once entering Kean? or do I need to finish my degree and then apply?
