New grad - renal transplant clinic - salary question

New grad here. Offer is coming for renal transplant post-op clinic job. No idea what the salary will be. I'm attempting to ferret out potential salary range I could/should expect. SE Michigan, major hospital. It's post-op clinic only for the first year or so as I learn the ropes. Possible/likely pre-op and/or inpatient at some point as well. But focus for this specific job to start is post-op clinic only. Slated 8-hour shifts, mon-fri, but I've already discovered it'll be more like a 9-hour day, and I'd like to use that knowledge toward negotiating pay depending on the initial salary offer. Much less concerned about benefits bcuz I'm already aware of the nice bennies for a new grad at this place.
