As part of my studies I am setting up a practicum for work experience and would like to volunteer 135 of my hours this spring term. I have completed a checklist with essential training, immunizations, and background check which I can supply upon request for service. Also, I am licensed as a CNA in the state of Oregon. One is in Pediatrics and the other is an Allergy specialist. Just go to their calendars, click on their names in gold letters and an email will open and you can email them directly to set up a shadow date.
