jennysong
When creating an evaluator request, should I include the professional title of my evaluator or just their name? There are only options for "First" and "Last" name, but if it's a physician, should I include "MD" at the end of their last name or will they fill out their own information later? Thanks! jpshoe
If it says first and last, just put that. They will sign their name and title at the end of the LOR.
AliB
If it says first and last, just put that. Per the CASPA FAQ, they will have the opportunity to provide the information the way they want it reflected: WHAT INFORMATION DO MY REFERENCES FILL OUT?There are three parts to a CASPA reference: “My Profile” where references fill out their contact information in case your program would like to get in touch with them. They can also correct any errors to their name or title you may have made when entering their information.
