docrip Posted January 8, 2010 Share Posted January 8, 2010 New to the Forum. Anyone know of a good plan to decide how the bonus should be considered. I am an Ortho PA who is on Salary and takes call 1 in 3 weeks at a time. Also very busy!!! Assist in surgery some office. 2-3 times my expenses in collections. What should I expect my bonus to be after 3 years of working with these guys?? No Call pay. Trauma call, and do alot of extra for the guys I work for. CTorthoPA Posted September 8, 2012 Share Posted September 8, 2012 Did you ever find an answer? I am ortho in CT, inpatient for 4 yrs now sports office for 2.5 yrs with single doc. Base 115 with seemingly random bonus structure, 10k bonus this year. No holidays, call. 50+ hrs week billing for 350 to 400k. OR 2/5 days week. Single doc. I want to build a production based bonus structure as I am making way more money for the practice than any PA before me and they essentially werent ready for it.
