Essay Boundries

LMU PA program asks that you attach an essay answering the following question: "what personal qualities do you possess that will make you a successful Physician Assistant?"

 

I have looked at many points of advice on writing personal statements and how you need to stand out but none of the advice that I have came across discusses dealing with particular questions such as the one listed above. Do I stay within the boundries of what is being asked or do I incorporate an overview of reasons, to include the answer to their specific question, for persuing the PA profession?
