alappatlisa Posted July 12, 2011 Share Posted July 12, 2011 Hi, I just moved from Kansas to Austin,TX a month ago and am currently in the process of applying to Austin Community College (fall semester) to complete a few prerequisites for PA school. I am a foreign medical graduate from India and have worked in a hospital there. I need to show a minimum of 50 hrs of shadowing experience here in the US in order to be eligible for applying to certain schools in Texas. The shadowing can be from a PA/MD/DO. Having recently moved here, I have yet to locate any physicians or PAs. Please, if anyone can provide me with any information, I'll be obliged. Thanks.
