Contact phone # for past supervisors?

For contact phone numbers is it okay to use the number of the workplace instead of the supervisor's personal phone number? I worked at Scheels Allsports and would like to use the store's contact information, rather than my supervisor's. If "they" were to call the number, it would be a receptionist or cashier answering, but the call would ultimately be transferred to her if she is working that day. Thanks!

Are you asking with respect to LORs? Use their personal.

 

Or listing work experience? Use the store's number -- that's who employed you.
