This is an exciting piece of legislation which will greatly benefit each and every practice that works with a PA. SB 337, if passed, is positioned to allow flexibility in the method a physician chooses to document they have supervised the PA. Without reducing supervision requirements, some of these options remove CO-SIGNATURES. Please note that when viewing the bill at this link you can easily see the proposed changes to PA practice in either blue or red text. All black text is existing law. Take just a few moments today to help with legislation which will benefit you and your practice.
