I just passed PANCE first time while only using Kaplan online PANCE prep. 1200+ practice questions (closest to PANCE format than any other I've seen). Also has online lectures which are excellent (Van Rhee), as well as a printable PDF with all lecture review slides covering all systems. Awesome.
