Experienced CMA or PA (Anchorage) We are a medical practice looking for a very experienced and clinically competent Certified Medical Assistant OR Physician's Assistant.Duties will be that within the regular scope of work required for a CMA / PA including obtaining medical histories, performing examinations, ordering treatments, diagnosing diseases, prescription management, patient contact, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, referring patients to specialists as required, and possibly first or second-assist in surgery in the case of a PA. You will also be required to transcribe dictations by the Physician so bonus points if you have great computer skills and experience with EHR systems.This role is part time and some flexibility is given. Hours will be approximately 12-16 hours / week.Please respond with your resume, your wage expectation and professional references. Who needs a PA OR CMA? That is like posting position for a "Cardiologist or EKG tech" Sounds like a great HCE job for a CMA, except for that whole practicing medicine without a licence thing....
