Guest Paula
My clinic is just starting to recruit a position and so far are advertising for an NP. However, the health director will consider a PA. It is four days a week, with benefits. The reason for recruiting an NP has to do with incentive payments that NPs qualify for and PAs don't. However.......... Please apply and send in a resume. I would love to have a fellow PA at the clinic. Check out www.ihs.gov and follow the prompts for careers. You will be linked in to USA jobs.gov eventually. The job is in Watersmeet, MI at the Lac Vieux Desert (LVD) tribal reservation/clinic. We are an FQHC clinic. There is a possibility of a health professions loan repayment and possibly a site that may qualify for NHSC recipient.
