makeithappen
I have taken Anatomy and Physiology and made B's in them. B in Chem I and C in Chem II. A in Micro and Physics . Got a C in Bio I and retook for A. C in O.Chem I and going to take O.Chem II and Bio II in Spring. Unfortunately I took these classes about 3 to 4 years ago so I don't remember much. Also, I am apply to UC's to get a BA or BS (whichever I get accepted for). So that will take me another year. Would anyone suggest I review over these subjects so when I do get into PA school I am not bombarded with a full classload that I don't remember anything about? If so what would you suggest how I could review? Old DAT/PCAT/MCAT books? Thanks for all your help!
bosox2k1
A lot of PA school is review in the beginning. They may go into it deeper than you did in undergrad, but don't fret if you don't remember everything. It's not super hard material, just can be overwhelming sometimes---but I have yet to reach that point after semester 1.
haeriphos
I don't think you're going to be able to review enough to make a difference from the time you're accepted to the time you start. If you get stumped on a subject during school just remember to use your resources (bio, chem, a&p books). It hasn't been an issue for me.
