This is a pretty unique situation, I'm not even sure if I will be able to get across my issue. I took an EMT-Basic course during the spring semester of 2011 at my university. I passed it and everything, but did not receive credits (3) for it until after I passed my national exam. So the dilemma is, I obviously need to report it (and it is listed on my transcript), but I have no idea where to put it. Although I took it during that semester, I didn't get credit for it from my registar until about a year later. If it helps, it is listed on my transcript under general electives, along with some AP classes I took in high school and was awarded credit for.
