Question about weekly contact hours for practicing PAs

Hi. The group I work with employs several NPs and PAs. We currently receive a half day out weekly, which we had been told was compensation for taking call for local nursing homes. Management is discussing taking the half day away, and not increasing pay, or changing call. Unfortunately, they do not have contracts for any NPs or PAs in the organization. My questions is- what is the average weekly, direct-patient contact time required for a full-time PA. This is not taking in to consideration any extra time for dictation, reviewing of message center, paperwork, phone calls, etc. This is just simply seeing patients. Do you know where I could find this information? Thank you.
