For example, Amoxicillin 80 mg/kg/day PO div q 12h x 5-7 days Dose: 80 mg/kg/day Weight: 29 kg Freq: BID From: Liquid Strength: 400/4mL Per Dose = 14.5 mL I understand there is 5 mL per teaspoon, so does this mean 3 teaspoons BID? It has a pediatric dose scale in the front of the book that will make your life WAY easier with this.
